hi just got myself 2 albino asian rtc .i was only going to get one but saw they other one they had only had one eye . when i say it only had one eye i mean only one eye had formed. is this somethin that happens alot

no this is not something that happens all the time. But i think you should be prepared for these fish though. You may want to take back one or both of these. If you dont already know these fish are extremely aggressive, and will go out of their way to attack other fish.
