i have a chance at an albino artc. i am not sure if i should get one or let it go. i have sa big cats and it would be going with them. i have heard they are nasty and not community friendly. i would like some input on if this is true.thanks

From what I've heard they are highly aggressive and territorial towards any other species, including bigger fish. Must be kept alone. Adults have been known to attack their owners.
I think you are mixing up two seperate sp, the ARTC are H wyckioides, the albino fish you are talking about is H nemurus a much smaller less aggressive fish.

Or maybe he meant the ARTC (H. Wyckioides) is albino? Thats what I thought he meant.
Think most albinos are H nemurus, been keeping fish a long time and never seen a albino H wyckioides. Albino H nemurus are a farmed fish.
i looked at both, and i am not sure on if they are the nemurus or wyckioides. i asked my friend if they had the streamers or not, but he hasn't told me yet. if they are in fact h. nemurus would they work with sa big cats and channel cats?
