:welcome: to MFK!

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your fish. Let me see...

What are the water parameters?
How long has the tank been established?
Tank size?
Filtration?
What were the active ingredients of your medicine?
Feeding schedule?
What do you feed them?
Any other fish in there?
How long have you kept the catfish?

Unless you know the exact issue, please do not attempt to treat your fish with any medicine. You must know your water parameters first because for all we know, the issue stems from water quality. It always does and when it does, any medicine will make it absolutely worse for your fish.

If you do not have a test kit yet, now is the time to invest in one. Avoid test strips. If you can find this one, buy API liquid test kit. It's the most accurate and reliable kit. Post the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH.

In the meantime, it will not hurt to do a large water change.

Do you have pure sodium chloride with you?

i've not tested PH. the fish already in the tank that is about 1 month, before different tank. The size is 100x50x50. I use the top filter. contents cotton, ceramic ring and bio ball. I do not know the composition elbayou. elbayou besides, I add chloramphenicol 250mg, which I bought at the drugstore. I feed once a day, usually frozen blood worms and live bait such as little catfish. The tankmate is sorubim flima catfish, papyrocranus afer, silver datz, wallago leeri catfish, 3 bichirs and RTC. I previously had to maintain pangasius catfish. now measuring 30cm. in this tank before there RTCxTSN who died as well. but no symptoms. My papyrocranus afer was affected by fungus, but is somewhat improved after being given elbayou

I've moved this fish to a quarantine tank since 2 days ago

You didn't mention your ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH. What are they?

What were the symptoms that led you to suspect fungus?
What are the foods and feeding schedule?
