Hi. I was wondering if I could put some assassin snails into my planted tank. Will the assassin's try to kill my nerite and mystery snails? Or will they just eat the tiny pest snails?

Err on the side of caution by not combining assassins with your prized snails. A few reports indicated they can attack nerites and mystery snails (including msjinkzd's own mystery snail). I fed my assassins with apple snails before and they will really attack large snails in groups.
Well I ordered 2 assassins not thinking about it. My mystery snail is quite large but I dont know the size of the nerites. I read that assassins wont normally go after larger snails but I wasnt sure. My mystery snail is a monster compared to the size of the assassins. I'm sure he will be fine but I dont know about the nerites.

All my snails arrived today. The assassins were even bigger than my nerites. Didnt expect that. I decided to put my assassins in my 2.5 gallon with my betta for now until I find out where else I can put them. Cant lose my nerites!
