Recently Im interested in a titanium from a local, the fh is around 2-3". Great colors, great fins, but no kok. And the body is not stocky either. Still looks like a baby titanium flowerhorn but with really good streamers. The guy said he got it from rainnybetta.

  1. Will it ever get a good kok size?
  2. At what age do titaniums get a kok?
  3. Is it a female?

Every fish is different. A true titanium carries some really good genes and should develop later on if kept in the right conditions. The only way to sex it is by venting it and at that size it is probably too small. Titaniums are not a hardy flowerhorn and you should treat it for parasites on arrival to your new tank.

on another note.. If you're looking for any imported flowerhorns let me know. I'd be interested in trading some nice ones for you clown loaches I already have a shoal of 20+ loaches.
