All- I just purchased three of these . They are about 3.5 ". They look great but seem to reluctant to eat. I have tried krill, Shrimp pellets, Brine Shrimp, sliced fish. Two of the three ate some brine shrimp. I have them in a 150 with some 2" Severums and Nics. I think I am going to have to isolate them and feed them some live fish or maybe some beef heart . Any suggestions from anyone that have had them this young.

Thanks,
JP

Try earthworms

If you just bought them I'd give them some time before you start trying to feed them. Ask the place you got them from and see what they were feeding them. Good Luck with them!!!

daaaaw they so cute lol like mentioned above, give them time to adjust to their surroundings. im sure you wouldn't be hungry either if u were dropped in lets say the middle of the jungle haha and with all their tank mates it should be a monkey see monkey do situation, they'll eat soon. but if worst comes to worst, i made a thread about feeding garlic to fish and it gets very shy and picky fish to eat so thats also worth a try. anyway i cant wait to see these guys all grown up!!!

Thanks.. I let them adjust for almost three days before feeding.. I tried some Blood worms last night .. They loved them. No worries from here they will be fine and even better after I move the nics from the tank.
