Atabapo Reds...

So, I Will soon get a shipment of Atabapo Reds coming in, they will be somewhere around 4-7 inches.

I have a pair of Oscars in the tank I want to put them in reaching almost 10"... Ive Never seen the Oscars chase smaller fish but is it still a wildshot?

There Will be lots of driftwood and hidingspaces aswell.

Do you want to risk $100 fish by putting them in with $25 fish that you can get anywhere? At 7", I wouldn't worry about it, at 4-5", I would.

If they come in at less than 6 inches I wouldn't do it. Get rid of the Oscar and get a large Severum if you're after that look.

Thanks for the replies guys! The guy importing called me yesterday and told me they only had size small available so now Im looking for a growout tank instead.

Was hard to get my hands on a tank the size I wanted but I took home this 66 gallon tank today so I atleast have somewhere to put the babies when they arrive.
