Does anyone keep Amazon tree boas?
Are they hard to keep?
How expensive are they?
Do you have pics?
I'm looking in to getting one,
they are really cool.

amazon tree boa's are not all that hard to keep.
1-keep the humidy up 60% or more- mist 2x per day
2-they dont really use a water bowl. they will drink water that fors on leaves when you mist
3-arboreal-they rarely leave the trees and vines
4-they dont lay eggs!! they give live birth in trees or vines
5-basking temp at about 85 and the ambient air 80 never falling below 70
mine cost me 80 bucks but i work at a pet shop and got a deal (NOT PETSMART OR PETCO!!!! -A&B Oddball Pets-)
there a skinny snake and will strike at any givven time. there not finiky eaters as long as you get a captive bred one.they do not like a brightly lit encloser as they'll feel exposed to predetors. all and all there an awsome snake to have. i plan on getting a male and try my hand at breeding them
heres my 4' female

thanks for the info
and thats a sweet pic

If I could find a bright orange/red pair I'd be all over them. Not hard to keep, just a bit snappy. Get suprisingly long for such a spindly little snake.

i love them but they are too nippy from what ive herd

im sticking to hoggies....i dont have dem yet though wah
