I've had these four ATF's since they were about 3-4 inches. Now they are about 5-7 inches, and one of them is showing territorial tendencies. The grow out tank size is 240gal, with some 7 whiteheadi. 4 coal grunters, and 4 widebar dats...first time I noticed it. One of the ATF is just chasing away a certain fish, and not all of them....anyone notice this behaviour?

Not strange at all, that's totally normal behavior for ATFs. Keep an eye on them. You may have to separate them if it gets too serious.

As they get bigger they will be probably get a little territorial, even for a somewhat schooling fish!

Not the quite the same thing, but when I had my large school of silver dollars I had a dominate fish.

If you don't have enough of them, they don't shoal, they'll fight. For a better chance, I would recommend 5+.
