ATF ID please

I've had him for about a month now and can't decide what species it is lol I am useless at id'ing these things! I think vittatus but he hasn't got the stripes yet? And looks a little more slender than the 1 at the lfs. I can't get a good pic ATM but I have some good clear ones of when I first got him so if they're no good let me know and I will try hard to get a better 1

Not sure what that is but its probably not goliath, judging by the head structure. It looks quite small. Where did you get it from? Really nice fish anyway.

Its definitely tatf or vatf, but the pic isn't good enough to see the primary diagnostic characteristics and it is still too small to have developed the secondary characteristics that allow it to be positively id'd. Grow him out to 6-7" inches and we'll be able to tell you what he is for sure!
