ATF N PAYARA

Anyone have any problems putting a 4 inch atf in the same tank as a 4 inch payara? Right now I got a cheap lil 3-4 inch bala shark in there with the atf and they swimm around togather a lot seem to get along good. In the other tank with the payara hes in with 7 inch clown knife 8 inch bicher 5 inch blue whale I think it was called and a african butterfly fish. Want to put the payara in with the atf tank so I can get the other fish in the payara tank to stop eating feeder fish, they can go through 25 small in one night! The only one I want to eat them is the payara.

I would only do this if the ATF is bigger. Don't under estimate the mouths of a Payara.

i would not worry about the payara going after your atf at all. i think it would work well but if anything i would say ur atf would stress out your payara.

If that is the blue whale that I am thinking about, won't he end up trying to eat all the fish in the same tank with him?

Put in the Payara today he was on that ATF like a fat chick on a cheeseburger!! Had to take him out. I never seen that payara go after a fish like that. If they were not that much money id let them go at it would be fun to watch.
