atf or african pike

which do u prefer? Is one more or less aggressive than the other? Anyones experiences will be helpful.

yeah i was thinking id get the african pike.

i wanted to get a pike but they are soo hard to find. they are harder to find then atf's in my part of socal.

The pike are much hardier, easy to lean on to frozen food

I got 3 pikes from george at shark aquarium like 2 weeks ago and I am glad I got 3 because they shift thier agression back and forth between themselves. They are in with two payara and one flavicans cat in 200 gal. 6 sided acrilic tank . Pikes are very cool they really relate to me when I am around the tank, They get mad if I don`t keep feeders in the tank. Lots of feeders in tank and they just chill but when it gets down to a few they start to chase each other more and come up and rub glass where I am. seems like they say hey man wheres the food.
