Im pretty sure that is no ATF, can you get clearer pics? There is another characin that swims with and mimics ATF young (kind of like pacu do with piranha) but unlike pacu, these guys stay small. This mix up happens often and, at least from that pic, Im 90% sure that is what it is.

ETA I cant see your second pic and Im reffering to the first pic....
