Have a ATF that has 1 cloudy eye most likely secondary to trauma. Small visible nick in the eye initially noted. Have been treating in quarantine tank w salt , temp 84 for 1.5 week. I used abx for a 4 days and had a ammonia spike so discontinued in hope that condition would improve on its own w clean water. Now performing 50% water chages 2x a week.
The eye seems does not seem to be improving maybe slightly worse. Offered Abx in smelt w no success. Does not appear to have much interest in eating at the moment. Thinking of trying to treat water w abx again. Any suggestions.
