this is for pairs of bgks...anyone ever had a spawn? if yes was there a color morph between males and female that you could see? was there a size diff between males and females? were there any noticeable diff. between the two? feel free to add any other details on the topic! and pics of pairs and offspring if avalible!

i have a pair never fight they are 10" and i have had them since 3" i was cuirous because minie are color dimorphic... i am hoping i have a pair and they will spawn... and if anyone has had this happen it would be nice to see and check for diff. in males and females...alot of people say don't put bgks together and i think that has a lot to do with the lack of knowladge on the subject...just my opinon...
i have never heard of them spawning in the home aquaria.. and quite frankly i have never seen a ghost knife with orange color... so it is very interesting.. and then it is totally awesome that your two get along great..need some more pics of them

interesting...even though it is all an opinion because the person never stated were exactly the info came from...but i will look at my bgks to see if i can sex them by this method...thanx for the link...if i do get them to spawn i will have to get the eggs quick they would be in a dangerous tank...i didn't see this article before i saw a diff. one with a dad bgk with 4-5 babies...
the pics i seen could have been an adult with some 1.5" fish as a hoax...it was on a nother chat board i stumbed across and the other people on the boad seemed to trust the claim so i found no reason to dismiss it, but again no hard evidence
