Great looking color on him. There are two types of albino pleco I really like, the bright yellow like yours, or the orange marbling that I have only seen at Apistomaster's place. I've not seen another that has had color like his one oddball that he bred.
If you can get live blackworms or bloodworms you will find him to grow much better, and his chance of survival will be much higher.
