I would like to inform all members, as well as future members who are planning to purchase any fish starting October 2007 to May 2008, that all shipping cost will increase in fees due to additional heat packs needed. The increase will be dependent on a case to case basis. We would like buyers to receive their fish alive and healthy.

As the second week of christmas approaches and the holiday fast approaching. Overnight express delivery by USPS will no longer be reliable. We will stop shipping via USPS by December 14, 2007 (It maybe earlier depending on the circumstances given by USPS). Please be informed that we will use FedEx for courier service as an alternative solution. We will still continue to use Aircargo via Southwest Airlines and Delta Dash Aircargo, this will be the most efficient and effective way to receive your shipment alive and shortest the time possible.
