This is a one of a kind, hand carved Poly fossil replica. It is not a cast made from a mold that has 100's just like it out there. This is the only one. No mold has been made from it so there won't be any just like it either.
Once again, I chose the wood for the frame with knots & splits to give it a rustic look. I also use the rotary tool to add more distress markings, yet I routed a classic design to give it a unique elegant / rustic look. It really ties it in with the ancient fossil theme.
It measures 27 1/2" L X 20" H and the fossil it self is 14 3/4"L
I sold the Stingray fossil on E-bay in one week but I want to give my fellow MFK'rs first dibs.
I'm asking $185 shipped! (within the US only).
Mass produced fossil replicas cost more than this and are usually pretty small.
