Out of curiosity, I was wondering if anyone shares my opinion that the most beautiful morphs of most snakes/lizards/fish/etc is their naturally occuring one? i know that there are some really nice looking color combos that can be achieved through years of selective breeding, but to me the natural look outdoes them all.....i just want to hear what some of you have to say about it.

no i agree with you personally. if you look, there are natural differences and subspecies depending on range anyway. but yea AGREENESS

I agree as well. True, there are a few morphs out there that catch my eye (hypo jaguar carpet pythons, and leucism in most snakes) but to me, it kinda loses its luster if its not what you'd find in the wild.

I feel the same way about fish, too.

I'd also have to agree in most cases. I've seen some pretty amazing python morphs and as eye-catching and intriguing as they are, I don't find them as beautiful as the natural morphs. There are a few exceptions though...I'm rather fond of ultra-breit Borneo pythons and most natural-color snake morphs other than striped. And my favorite goldfish is the kickass black moor.
