I was not expecting this, but one of my young uns colored up big time and started courting a 1.75" female. I did not know they were sexually mature at this time. She is packing noe for around 4 days. I got them from Goliad Fish Farm and they are on a very fast growth heavy feed program there. So not only are these small, they are slao very young. Thoughts?

Have you seen fry? Often at small sizes they will lose the fry or the eggs will not be fertilized yet.
