Auranti Growth Rate

Is there anyone here with fully grown Aurantis?

Just picked up a couple that are at around 8".
Anyone here reach the full 16" average?
If so, how was the growth rate?
And also what thickness are we looking at?

I have a female at 16", one female at 12" and a male at 12". If fed well they will rocket up to 12" then slow down. My large female took about two years to reach 16" from about 8". Very thick by the way. I will dig out a head shot.

Steve, What temp are you keeping yours at?
I am getting mixed results through research.
It being crazy hot where I am at the moment, I am JUST able to keep the water down to 22c.

I think 22°c is well below what they get in the summer in northern india.
I cant get below 24-25°c and they are just fine with it,in the winter i keep my pair at 17-18°

Thats a beauty tokyo.. whats the tank size housing this auranti. Ive seen 13" + ones, but those were channas that were overfed, really spoilt the whole look of this snakehead.
