hard to say in pic's differences are fairly subtle depending on the angle it can really change what they look like in pic's. , also color changes with age so knowing how hold/big are will help.
With that said going by these pic's, I'd say both look females.
First one (right side of tank) Might just be bad angles of a heavy bodied male. Can u snap a few more pic's of this one ? The one on the left i'm fairly certain is female.
I guess female because in all those pic's of both of them the dorsal fin looks shorter in ratio to the body, and has more striping and less blue band then i would expect in a male.
LOL, went digging for another post i had made for someone to help ya out a bit with pic's , found it but ironically it was you who i had originally posted it for as well lol

Ok, if that one on the right is the same one as before i'm sure they are female.
As for color change, they both are into adult colors, however i've seen males at 10" or so who still have very narrow blue band on the dorsal, it seems to get wider as they mature , even more and at a faster rater if paired or breeding.

They are about 12" now, I never found male every time this species sell on LFS.. Wanted to keep them in pair..
Let see they growth next two months.
