Ausie Lung and Ich??? (Help!)

Can Ausie lungs, or any lungfish for that matter get Ich?
I have a fish in with my Ausie that has 1 Ich spot and I'm very concerned.
I know that salt can kill lungfish. I'm planning on removing and treating the other fish but will my Ausie Lung be ok or will he get ich???

no problem, i cured mine...

tried salt and heater but takes quite some time,

so i tried a very cheap normal general medication, cured within half a day...

He never caught Ich.
Maybe his slime coat is too thick???
