So what do you do with them after you catch them do you have let them go? do you eat them? or do you go home and put them in your fish tank =) ???

They are really bad eating. Too many bones.

You can put them in a tank. Mine is a wild. But they can be extremly jumpy if you catch one at that size and put them in a tank. Smaller ones are better.

I think in most cases ppl release them as they are awesome sport fish. However they are quite scarce in some places and restocking programs have been put in place.
 
Unfortunately where i live there is no Jardinis around as the water is colder and they are only found up north of Australia near Steve and mainly Darwin. :cry:
