I would like to see some info about captivity breeding because I read that the specimens available in the hobby today are bred in farms... could you tell me if this is true?

They are indeed bred in farms. One in particular has the permits to breed and export and are located just outside Brisbane in Queensland, AU. All available babies/juveniles that are available in the hobby are F1 from wild caught broodstock. =)
