Far far away land
I'm on vacation in Texas. On the way home from padre island and San Antonio I might stop by some fish stores. I keep Malawi and Tanganyika cichlids. What are some shops that I just have to check out?

Thanks in advance

Ok out of those three if I only have a chance at one. What would be the best one? I have a wife and she does like to fish shop with me, but she also likes to shop shop and I might be stuck at the galleria (sp?) mall all day and might only get a chance at one.

almost any of the ones in austin are great- try aquadome or river city

Amazonia is the best in Austin and right off of I-35

Unfortunately I didn't get to stop in Austin. I saw this one right off the highway and it looked cool. I had driven about 600 miles in one day and came through Austin at midnight. South padre island to Dallas was long. South Texas between padre and San Antonio is boring to say the least. Minus the thirty minute border patrol stop in sarita.

I did get to check out all three fish stores in Dallas. The fish gallery was pretty cool followed by the north Dallas aquarium. I didn't care for the boutique one. I found another one that the fish gallery place recommended and said they work with which was fish-tanks.net it was smaller but the owner gave me $20 off and I ended up paying like $50 for 2 leleupis and 3 julidochromis transcriptus. I'm on the way home ready to add these little buggers to there new home. I have been trying to find some of these guys in Tulsa but everything here is going saltwater only stores.
