Any MFK own a large 24 inches Australian Arowana (Scleropages Leichardti) hope to see a picture to share wt us.Found in(Burdekin River & Princhester, 90 miles frm Rockhampton, Queensland.)Max size abt 90cm SL, common to abt 50cm SL.Inhabits still waters & slowflowing sec of streams.Often seen near shore among aquatic vegetation.Spawning occurs just prior to wet season, usualy in nov or dec, is a mouthbrooder diet insect, fishes,frogs & crayfish.Hope to own one soon.tks:)
 
Steve_89 has one around 3' and a beautiful example of a lei. Maybe he'll show up in this thread or you could just search MFK for his username and I'm sure you'll come up with some pics.

Don't forget the other Aussie aro, scleropages jardini ... IMHO just as beautiful as the leichardti's! :D

Way too aggressive, just the way they are.
I think some can have more colours than jars. Stevos certainly did. :headbang2

Don't know..... I've sold him. But I suppose he would have been around 18 to 24 months. Good luck with it dude. :)
