Australian Lungfish w/ Rays?

I know that the aussie lungfish is generally considered a gentle giant... but has anyone tried this combination?

Do you think it would work? Why or why not?

Lungfish would be bigger than the rays, say about 16" lung to 10" ray.

Tank would be the 500g I am just getting up and running, try to figure out what stock I want for it aside from my gars...

Should be fine. The only thing I'm worried about is the rays barb's stinging the lungfish accidentally.

I had my 6" aussie lungfish with 8" marble motoro before and they do just fine.
