auto drip shut off system

i am planning on using an auto drip system for my tank when i build it.
i am planning on doing anywhere from 50 -100gal per day(undecided at
the moment) i have tried looking up some info but its a bit confusing to
me. i want to hook it directly to the spigot then have the hose come out
from the other side. I do not need one with a flow reducer as i will be
doing that further down the line. I would also like one that uses AC instead
of DC as i do not want to rely on batteries for this. Basically i would like
some input from anyone doing this/using a system like this and possibly
some model names ect. any info would be great.

I would always feel nervous running a drip system with a product that is made for the yard. If for whatever reason (malfunction, dead battery, power outage) the unit gets stuck in the "on" position, you're looking at a major flood in your home. A design utilizing a toilet float valve would give more peace of mind.

I use the valves like you would have with a toilet. Turn it up as much as you want for 1000s of gallons per day or turn it down just to a drip for very low flow. Great system and won't clog like you get with other smaller valves
