Auto Feeding

Does anyone use auto feeders for everyday use and if so whats the best one i was thinking about giving it a try so my Cichlids can be fed the same time daily.

Best autofeeder = Eheim. I do not use them because when I am in front of the tank they associate me with food (so I think anyway). Most of my fish were more skidish when using an autofeeder for daily use.

I use pellets in it but i also throw in fresh shrimp and talapia each morning rotating between the 2.

Ehiem works best. There great for growing juvi fast, set it for four times a day fish grow really fast that way. As for them recognizing you, I think if you stoped and didn't feed for a few days they would go back to greeting you at the front IMO.

Only buy a high quality one which protects against moisture which ruins the food.
