can someone tell me how to add Avatar PIC??

In the top left corner of your screen, you'll see a box that says "welcome MartinBoy", when you last visited, and your PM count. At the top of the box is a link that says User Control Panel. Click that. On the next page, you'll see a link on the left that says "Edit Avatar".
