Yeah, that wahoo was huge. I'm more sad I didnt get any footage of the huge Tiger Shark eating it right next to the boat.
Cool video. Id love to do a mothership trip like that but I think Id rather do it down the Amazon or maybe off California or Central America for tuna and billfish.
I do love slinging poppers from the kayak though. Here in kayaking distance we dont get too many cool fish but we get king mackerel, bonita, blackfin tuna, jack crevalle and smaller amberjack. All of course are a blast on top water!
For the freshwater guys, imagine throwing a frog but instead of slowly working it, you are pretty much "popping" it as hard and as fast as you can. When say a king hits dont be surprised if he ends up nearly 20ft in the air on the initial strike! Its AWESOME and the reason why I cant fish freshwater anymore.

The barrier reef is out of this world snorkeling there was amazing so many different species , regret not going fishing there but I couldn't do everything on a tight budget
