he does not seem as happy because its not moving.. almost looks a little sad he ate it..

what else to feed him besides krill dem?
 
mine absolutely love raw shrimp. it can be tricky at first for them to take it because it sinks, but once they realize it is food they really enjoy it. to get my trop. eating shrimp i used a feeding stick. after a few assisted feedings he will now chase the shrimp and almost attack it as if it were live food.
 
oh he loves it by today he jumps out of the water because i show it too him outside the tank! He even sits at the top and begs for more.. took him forever to go to his "im full spot". 6 krill in 1 feeding.. but I didnt feed him this morning cause of work so I felt bad.


Do you feed your gar 2x a day? I make sure I watch what he eats..
 
i feed mine one big meal a day and give them snacks whenever i am around the tanks doing work. they eat pretty well.:D
