Just like any fish.. they have to have food no matter what... I wouldn't advice it..

Theres no one who can help u feed them?

If thats the case.. i suggest getting an auto feeder..

Adults can go without food for more than a week, your risking it with juvies though.
You won't kill them without food for a week. But you might inhibit there growth.

I agree with auto-feeder. I wouldn't trust someone without fish keeping knowledge to feed my fish (pretty sure most of the time the person would overfeed) especially with juvi fish.

a week without food probably isn't too bad, if you must, try to get someone to drop in a pinch of flakes or something
