well there for my aunts class room. i guese they are illegal unless it is in a school district or a reaserch lab,since all there body parts can rebuild.
thats my excuse.. i see them all the time when they have the pet conventions at oc fair grounds and when i go to castaic lake in the fish store for bait.lol
