AZ Gardens complication

Lately I bought some snails from there but they havent sent them but the charged me for them and shipping its been about 4 weeks. I have emailed them and have been calling them but they never answer and haven't responded to my email... Does anyone know what's going on. Or have recently ordered from them.

I has trouble with them when i ordered my sturgeon.. i got 2 of them, 1 died almost as soon as i received them and they wouldn't refund me or replace it because they said it was fedex's fault for some reason
