Azolla caroliniana...where to find it?

Where can I find some of this and get it shipped to TN? Found one site with it for cheap but they cant ship it to the US. Its on aquabid sometimes but I dont need a pound or two, just enough to get it started in a 10 and 29 gallon. I'd be grateful for any help anyone could give me. Thanks in advance
