Really blue ocellaris with distinct stripes, hybrid? He is 9 inches and vibrant as hell. Value?

Also, they were sold to me as rio meta ocellaris had two but other one was picked up before I could post haha.

iTs a rio meta orino. Those are 3 occelets. Its showing its stress bars just barely. Let him adjust and it'll become even brighter. NIce pick up!
