+one, it's a tem! i can tell by the markings, 3 thin bars and the big thick bar running across it, definitely a Tem.

Those tems have nice yellow cheaks with the blood shot eyes.

Sadly that is the negative with tems, they get huge fast. That's one reason why I stick to the smaller bass, my tank size is limited. To bad because I love the adult color of tems, pinima, and azuls

Agreed those are all my favorite bass. Everything they say is true. I've had a tem and they grow fast.
