BUYER BEWARE!
Donate the money to charity before you get screwed out of it by PC. At least that way you'll have a warm fuzzy feeling and a tax write-off, which is a hell of a lot more than you will get from PC.
I just finished filing a criminal complaint against Michael Coutts for fraud with my local sheriff's office. (or should that be LSO) His scam goes like this...
1. Promise to build you a tank with material however thick you want it.
2. Collect deposit from you and ignore you, probably hoping that you will just give up and disappear.
3. If you don't disappear, send you a tank built with material substantially thinner than you ordered (and cheaper for him to purchase), ignore you and hope you disappear.
4. If you don't disappear, agree to refund you money with no intention of actually doing it just to get you off the phone, ignore you and hope you disappear.
On reefcentral there are a ton of complaints about PC and Mike Coutts, and delivering tanks made with matrerial thinner than what was agreed upon. He impresses upon you how important it is that you get the more expensive thicker material, and then he screws you out of more money. It's a well executed scam imo.
He is a very smooth talker, and I guarantee you he will make you feel comfortable doing business with him . You will never have a problem reaching him when he wants your money. You'll even like him... until you figure out that you have been screwed!
