After 9 months this little guy has finally come out to feed with everyone and i can finally get a decent picture of him/her.
I had gotten 3 from rapps and named them after the beastie boys (of course). i lost MCA and Ad-rock within a couple months as they had trouble dealing with aggression/predation from my larger EBAs and a vicious JD. I believe they also had trouble adapting to my water, since they are WC and prefer pretty acidic water apparently.
I usually only see him when he darts out from behind a rock for a pellet and is summarily chased away by the bossy geos or severums. But lately he seems to have grown a pair and is hanging with the big boys.
Anyway just thought id share. Beautiful fish and very rewarding to see him come into his own. Thanks for reading.
