This guys already got plenty of space to grow out. they are without a doubt one of the best looking baby plecos

Hey guys just picked up a little Adonis Pleco, its going into my 225 planted community to grow out a bit.

NICE. My favorite pleco hands down. I love my adonis wouldnt trade him for anything. Only thing i wouldnt start the little guy in such a big tank until i was sure he is healthy and eats good. Good luck with him.
Oh thats okay theres plenty of Algae for him to graze, and big pieces of wood to chew. The tank mostly has tetras, angels and some rainbows. its a very relaxed community. I specificalyl don't have fin nippers because of the angels so it should be fine. I don't trust starting him in my 120 with my cichlids hes just too small for that
My adonis doesnt care much for algae or wood for that matter, hes the most carnivorous plecos i have owned. He is also pretty aggressive and dominates the tank hes in.

Yeah I have read that, but I also know not to combine them with other fish they may fight with like aggressive pleco species. I have an Irwini in my120 and I know that would cause problems.
Any good foods to drop in after lights out for an Adonis?
*Edit* Nice video, So I can drop pieces of fish in there or prawn etc overnight.
