when the aro grows up, it dramaticly changes:

  • jardini: i gotta say, the baby adult jardini looks way much better than its adult form, i mean when little, the body is slim n silver, fins r gold with dots, barbells r big n high, then the adult has little 2 no barbells at all, the body is an ugly copperry color, fat body, fins r black with faded gold dots
  • blacks: when little wow, i mean dark black with that stripe across the body, fins n barbells r proportionately big, when adult they still look good but not as when they r little, the body is still slim, but body color is a gunpowder grey, with blue fins pinstripe the edge with orange
  • silvers: generally look the same, i have to say though, the baby still looks better than the adult just because the adult doesn't have that right body or face 4 a full grown 2' i mean fins r kinda small proportionally 2 the body
  • asians: i have 2 say, the asian is the only one that looks best when full grown, the colors r full, n that asian body, i mean thick, round, n scales r nice n big, the fins r so big especially that caudal fin with that fan shape wow
but thats just me, what do you think?

I think you've been on MFK before under another user name :D

None of the baby arowanas(any species) can match the grace, beauty or power they will possess as adults.

Where do you come up with this stuff, I have never thought about this. Well Im just happy with what I have, my Super Silver. He's big and bad, and just today he murdered one of my Oscars. So big boys FTW !!

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"
I like all monster aros..

i would say the adults hands down on all types of aros.

All aro will look great when they are huge. No such thing as they look lousy when huge....

see i think there is a difference, baby aros are cute and adults are B-E-A-UTIFUL
