Baby aro with cloudy eye

Not the one I just posted but another that my friend bought
His was attacked by something not sure what but probably small gar
The aro has lost its tail and lower dorsal fin
It also has one cloudy eye now
Aro has been removed to another tank
Is there anything he can use to treat the cloudy eye or will good clean water cure the problem ?

Agree, clean water, add some salt and bump up the temp, I also recommend vitachem to help with the healing. My aro @5" lost 20 scales at once and and half of her anal tail and that's what I did. Now she's 15" and everything grew back perfect... Good luck buddy...
