Baby arows and spray bars?

Hi...
I just picked up a 5" silver arow, and im not sure if he likes the spray bar as the bar takes over 3/4 of the tank and he says in the other 1/4 90% of the time...should i take it off???

Maybe it's bothering him. It wouldn't hurt to take it off. See what he does.

Small silver aros don't do well in heavy current. Can you just redirect the spray bar. Maybe just point it downward.

If i point it downwards, i end up with a pile of sand at the front of the tank and no sand at the back in the morning lol, i think i will take it off thanks....
