I've heard they are very delicate at 3-4" and need perfect water conditions. Anyone have any experience raising these? Friend of a friend is selling them at $90 for 3-4" ones.

Ive raised a few aros blacks silvers. What I do is keep them in a small tank by themselves . Feed live brine shrimp if they are super small. If not pump them up with some freeze dried bloodworms or live if they wont take dry food. Water changes I will just take about a gallon out a week and add fresh. I use a 10g tank. They are not hard to raise just dont buy one that still has a yolk sac.
