Yeah I noticed that also??? I just got one that was 12", nothing smaller offered in a couple years in my area (Phoenix AZ)

They will pop up in the spring. Last spring Infinite Aquatics had the babies for $30 a pop. Just wait a couple of months and they'll be everywhere. They're out of season right now.
 
It's not the season yet. February ish you should start to see them from what I understand.
