baby brine shrimp

He MFK i have a problem!
I am trying to hatch baby brine shrimp but i honestly do not know what im doing wrong?
I do everything they tell me and i end up with nothing,but a bunch of fruit flys that get stuck to the sides.
I got a tube of 90% hatch rate,bottle,air tube , backing soda,salt heater,light and i even had it for one week and nothing.
Can u please help me,i am trying to have some baby shrimp to feed my baby oscars since my pair is breeding just about every week,and i love to feed them live shrimp but i have no luck

Probably the wrong place to post this. Might have more luck in the breeding section. What's with backing (i assume you mean baking) soda? I did quick google search and found this article on hatching brine shrimp:

make sure you salinity is where it's supposed to be.
