Baby Chichla

I was browsing a new local fish store today and came across these little guys, now I'm fine with IDing adults but these guy are just escaping me. My first thought is mono or hybrid, I didnt buy them but may go back I have bigger mono's and oriono's, thats why I was thinking hybrid. Let me know what you think they are, I know they may be to small to ID...

yea, mono or hybrid were my first thoughts. I have only bought bass when they were larger, thats why I was a little confused. Of course the staff had no idea and it wasnt on their inventory sheet either

oooo, thats a bad sign lol, imo if the seller doesn't even know what they are or that they even had them lol, then there probably bad stock or farmys anyway, i wouldnt even bother, but some people do like farmys, in my exp though theres a huge difference between farm bred and wc, wc has better colors, there always more active, hell id even go as far as to say there obviously smarter also, given farmys are line bred so there all retarded lol

i would say mono or mono hybrid also

Baby Ocells do look similar to baby monos from what ive seen. At that small its very difficult to tell, I was just trying to gauge what other people thought. I thought Hybrid just based on the price , the store that there in, and the lack of knowledge of the staff it seemed more feesible that they would get in farm hybrids at that place. Not a great store.
