Baby Cichla Id please

I got this guy at my lfs. All the guy knew was that it was wild caught. Didn't know what species. Now that I take a good look at him, Im debating on going back for more but would really like to know what he is first. I know he's Kinda small but any thoughts on what he may be or definatly isn't. I could be wrong but he looks not to be a mono or ocell

Yeah hes still getting settled in. Just started coming out from hiding yesterday. Looks like he is going to have eye markings tho. Any other opinions?

Lol...J's da man! I've seen few setups in my short time on this site that compare to the "former" 405! My guess would be Orino...you can see the rings/diamonds starting to develop in the first pic.....should look really nice in a couple months!
